The discovered link will be conveniently displayed below the browser. There's no need to install bulky media servers like Plex or any third-party software.

Important Notes

• To enable video casting, please access the LG App Store (LG Smart World / LG Content Store) on your TV and search for 'TV Cast' to install the companion app.
• Enter the IP address of your iPhone or iPad using the number pad and directional keys on your TV remote or Magic Remote scroll wheel. Simply input the numbers without pressing "Enter."
• Please note that iTunes movies, Flash videos, and DRM protected videos from services like Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hulu, Vudu, DirecTV, Xfinity, and HBO Now are not supported.
• We recommend testing your favorite videos with the free edition before upgrading.
• Use the hardware remote of your LG Smart TV for controlling the TV app and video playback.
• The app exclusively streams the video content of a website and does not mirror the entire screen or tab.
• Sometimes it may be necessary to play a video on your iPad or iPhone first before it can be discovered by the app for streaming. Additionally, starting the casting process multiple times may be required for specific videos.
• If a specific video is not functioning correctly, please consult the FAQ section on the app's start page. If you still encounter issues, contact us via email before leaving a negative comment on the App Store. We strive to promptly add support for new websites.

PRO FEATURES

• Remote Playbar: Enhance your browsing experience with advanced video control, including scrubbing, forward, rewind, play, pause, and stop functions. The Playbar is compatible with all LG Smart TVs.
• Local Videos: Easily cast your camera roll videos from your iPhone or iPad. Video formats such as mp4, m4v, and mov that were saved to the camera roll via Apple's SD-Card/USB Adapter, iTunes Desktop Software, or third-party apps are supported.
• Ad-Blocker + No Sponsoring Ads: Upgrade to the Pro version of the app to enjoy an ad-free experience. The built-in Ad-Blocker blocks ads and popups on most websites you visit. You can enable or disable ad-blocking at any time in the settings.
• Bookmarks: Save and synchronize unlimited website bookmarks across different TV Cast apps and iOS devices using iCloud backup and restore functionality.
• Desktop Mode: Utilize the browser user-agent feature to cloak your iPhone or iPad as a desktop PC. This allows you to load desktop versions of websites instead of mobile versions. Please note that this feature does not enable video casting on websites that serve Flash videos in desktop mode.
• Change Homepage: Personalize your browsing experience by setting your own homepage in the app settings.
